اليوم العالمي للصحة النفسية، بسبب هذه المناسبة يود النادي اليمني الكندي ان يعزز أهمية الصحة النفسية على الفرد وعلى العائلة وقد تكاد الصحة النفسية اهم من الصحة البدنية بناءً على بعض الدراسات النفسية.
يوجد الكثير من الأشياء التي ينصح بها لتحسين صحتك النفسية:
1- تخصيص وقت يومي للقيام بالأنشطة والفعاليات والهوايات
2- أخذ استراحة بسيطة من العمل او أي الالتزامات لكي لا تتعرض للاحتراق النفسي.
3- الصلاة وقراءة القران، لهم سحر عجيب سبحان الله في تغير الحال وتحسينه بأذن لله.

Today is the international day for mental health and therefore the Yemeni Canadian Club would like to seize this opportunity to provide the support you need to improve your mental health.
There are a lot of things that are recommended to improve your mental health:
1- Allocate daily time for activities, events, and practicing your hobbies
2- Take a break from work or any obligations in order not to be subjected to psychological burnout.
3- Praying and reading the Qur'an, they have a wondrous charm in changing your mental situation for better with God's permission.
